COVID-19: Preventive measures

It is possible that there is a delay for deliveries due to the carrier and the holiday season. Delivery to residences only. Return to head office at your expense (See return policy for head office address).

Delivery

Fixed fee Quebec and Ontario of $15 * except for Basse-Côte-Nord (regular service): 4 to 7 business days.

*Base-Côte-Nord fixed fee depending on the carrier $ (regular service).

Flat fee Labrador and Newfoundland of $55 (regular service): 4 to 7 business days.

Flat fee Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island of $19 (regular service) 4 to 7 business days.

Manitoba flat fee of $23 (regular service) 4 to 7 business days.

Flat fee Alberta and Saskatchewan $25 (regular service) 4-7 business days.

Flat fee BC $28 (regular service) 4-7 business days.

Tracking control :

Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find an order number. Generally shipments are made by purolator.

Conditions of sale:

1. DELIVERY TIME

A delay of 4 to 9 working days must be allocated to the processing of orders for products in stock at our warehouse and deliverable in Canada only.

Work Centre can in no way be held responsible for a delay in delivery resulting from a shortage of stock or attributable to the carrier.
