Refunds and Returns Policy

You must return your items to the Centre du Travail- WEB warehouse by Canada Post or Purolator at your expense. Please read the following conditions carefully.

LEGAL NOTICES / TERMS OF SALE

If the products you purchased from Centre du Travail are not entirely satisfactory, we will accept returns within 15 days of receipt if all of the following conditions are met:

      • L’item has not been worn.
      • It is still in its original box.
      • You have the invoice or transaction receipt.

If the return does not meet these criteria, the product may be returned to you and you may be charged shipping fees.

Christmas Purchases

For purchases made from November 1 through December 31, 2026, inclusive, the return period is exceptionally extended for the holiday season.

Eligible items may be returned through January 15, 2027, inclusive, subject to the usual terms of our return policy.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN (CANADA POST OR PUROLATOR)

Defective merchandise: If your merchandise is defective, you must write to us immediately at the following email address: info@centredutravail.com

Regular return: Return the package to the Centre du Travail warehouse at your expense. The merchandise must be properly packaged to protect it. We recommend purchasing insurance in case of loss (higher cost).

We will issue a refund upon receipt of the package, using the same payment method as for the purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the carrier’s shipping time and credit processing.

Important:

a) Purchases made in-store can only be processed in-store

b) If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Centre du Travail undertakes to honour its return policy set out above.

Warranty

Items supplied by Centre du Travail are new and free of defects. They are warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, provided the product has been used under normal conditions. In these cases, we will replace the product or issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return policy

At Centre du Travail, our goal is for our customers to embrace our clothing and be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund eligible merchandise that has not been worn, washed or damaged, within 30 days of receiving your order.

Only products returned in like-new condition

At Centre du Travail, we offer new, high-quality products in perfect condition. If you return a product, we must be able to resell it. The merchandise must not have been used, all tags must be attached, and the packaging must be intact.

To be considered like new, a product must be clean, odour-free and free of pet hair. Just as a customer might try on a coat in a store and decide to leave it on the hanger, your returned order constitutes a try-on.

Centre du Travail reserves the right to determine whether a product is no longer in acceptable condition.

Refund processing time

Once your parcel arrives at our premises, we do our best to process returned items within 10 business days. During sales and holiday periods, these timelines may be longer. Please note that these timelines do not include transit time to and from our premises.

Shipping method

When you order online, in most cases, the items in your order will be delivered by Purolator in a single shipment. Sometimes, the items in your order will be delivered by Canada Post, depending on your mailing address. You may be charged additional shipping fees if our carrier charges us extra to deliver to your address.
