Refunds and Returns Policy

You must return your items to our Centre du Travail - WEB warehouse via Canada Post or Purolator at your expense. Please read the following conditions carefully.

LEGAL NOTICES / TERMS OF SALE

If the products you purchased from Centre du Travail do not fully suit you, we will accept returns within 15 days following receipt if all the following conditions are met:

      • The item has not been worn.
      • It is still in its original box.
      • You have the invoice or receipt of the transaction.

If the return does not meet these criteria, the product may be sent back to you and shipping costs may be charged to you.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN (CANADA POST OR PUROLATOR)

Defective merchandise: If your merchandise is defective, you must write to us without delay at the following email: info@centredutravail.com

Normal return: return the package to the Centre du Travail warehouse at your expense, the merchandise must be properly packed to protect it. We advise you to take out insurance in case of loss (higher cost)

We will issue the refund upon receipt of the package, using the same payment method as the purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the carrier’s shipping time as well as credit processing.

b) If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Centre du Travail commits to honoring its return policy shown above.

Warranty

Items provided by Centre du Travail are new and without defect. They are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect if the product has been used under normal conditions. In such cases, we will replace the product or refund by the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return policy

At Centre du Travail, our goal is for our customers to embrace our clothing and be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept to refund eligible merchandise that has not been worn, washed, or damaged, within 30 days following the date of receipt of your order.

Products returned in new condition only

At Centre du Travail, we offer quality products, new and in perfect condition. If you return a product, we must be able to resell it. The merchandise must not have been used, all tags must be attached, and the packaging must be intact.

To be considered in new condition, a product must be clean, odorless, and free of animal hair. Just as a customer can try on a coat in store and decide to leave it on the hanger, your returned order constitutes a fitting.

It is at Centre du Travail’s discretion to decide if the product is no longer in an acceptable condition.

Refund time

Once your package is received at our premises, we do our best to process returned items within 10 business days. During sales and holiday periods, these times may be longer. Please note that these times do not include shipping to and from our premises.

Delivery method

When you order online, in most cases, the items in your order will be delivered by Purolator in a single shipment. Sometimes, the items in your order will be delivered by Canada Post, depending on your postal address. Additional postage fees may be charged to you if our carrier charges us extra fees to deliver to your address.
