Refunds and Returns Policy

You must return your items to our Work Centre-WEB warehouse by Canada Post or Purolator at your costs. Please read the following terms carefully.

LEGAL NOTICES / CONDITIONS OF SALE

If the products you have purchased from Work Centre are not totally suitable for you, we will grant returns within 15 days of receipt. if all of the following conditions are met :

      • The item has not been worn.
      • It is still in its original box.
      • You have the invoice or receipt for the transaction.

In the event that the return does not comply with these criteria, the product may be returned to you and the delivery costs may be charged to you.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN (CANADA POSTS OR PUROLATOR)

Faulty merchandise: If your merchandise is defective, you must write to us without delay at the following email: info@centredutravail.com

Regular return:  return the package to the warehouse of Work Centre at your expense, the merchandise must be adequately packaged to protect it. We advise you to take out insurance in case of loss (higher costs)

We will make the refund upon receipt of the package, by the same method of payment of the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for carrier shipping time and credit processing.

Important:

a) Purchases made in-store can only be processed in-store

b) If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Work Centre agrees to respect its return policy appearing above.

Guarantee

Items provided by Work Centre are new and without defect. They are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect if the product has been used under normal conditions. In these cases, we will replace the product or refund you with the same method of payment of the purchase.

Return policy

At the house of Work Centre, our goal is for our customers to adopt our clothes and be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund eligible merchandise that has not been worn, washed or damaged within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

Products returned in new condition only

At the house of Work Centre , we offer quality products, new and in perfect condition. If you return a product, we must be able to resell it. The merchandise must not have been used, all labels must be attached and the packaging must be intact.

To be considered new, a product must be clean, odorless and free of animal hair. In the same way that a customer may try on a coat in store and decide to leave it on the hanger, your returned order constitutes a fitting.

It is at the discretion of Work Centre to decide if the product is no longer in an acceptable condition.

Reimbursement deadline

Once your package has been received at our premises, we do our best to process returned items within 10 working days. During sales and holiday periods, these delays may be longer. Please note that these times do not include transportation to and from our premises.

Delivery method

When you order online, in most cases, the items in your order will be delivered by Purolator in one shipment. Sometimes the items in your order will be delivered to you by Canada Post, depending on your mailing address. Additional postage costs may be charged to you if our carrier charges us additional costs to deliver to your address.
