It is possible that there is a delay for deliveries due to the carrier. Delivery to residences only. Return to store temporarily not available, return to head office.
Delivery
- Fixed fee Quebec and Ontario from $8 to $10 * except for Basse-Côte-Nord (regular service): 4 to 7 business days.
- Lower North Shore fixed fee of $70 (regular service).
- Flat fee Labrador and Newfoundland of $55 (regular service): 4 to 7 business days.
- Flat fee Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island of $19 (regular service) 4 to 7 business days.
- Fixed Manitoba fee of $23 (regular service) 4 to 7 business days.
- Flat fee Alberta and Saskatchewan of $25 (regular service) 4 to 7 business days.
- Flat fee BC $28 (regular service) 4-7 business days.
Free pick up in store
Have your pair of shoes delivered to the store nearest you. (Some stores may not be equipped to receive orders and therefore are not part of this list.)
Promo : Free delivery with any purchase of $75 or more **in Quebec and Ontario
- Valid shipping and billing addresses in Canada.
- No package delivered to a PO Box.
- The billing address must be the same as the one on the credit card used.
- Orders from Nunavut, Yukon or Northwest Territories will not be serviced by our company.
Tracking control :
Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find an order number. Generally shipments are made by Purolator.

1. DELIVERY TIME
A delay of 4 to 9 working days must be allocated to the processing of orders for products in stock at our warehouse and deliverable in Canada.
Pop Shoes can in no way be held responsible for a delay in delivery resulting from a shortage of stock or attributable to the carrier.
