LEGAL NOTICES / CONDITIONS OF SALE
If the products you have purchased from Work Centre are not completely suitable for you, we will grant returns within 15 days of receipt, if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item has not been worn.
- It is still in its original box.
- You have the invoice or receipt for the transaction.
In the event that the return does not comply with these criteria, the product may be returned to you and the delivery costs may be charged to you.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
BY CARRIER (At your expense)
If your merchandise is defective, you must write to us at the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org
For all other normal returns, if you are returning the package to the Wrok Centre warehouse (at your expense), the merchandise must be adequately packaged to protect it. We advise you to take out insurance in case of loss.
We will make the refund upon receipt of the package, by the same method of payment of the purchase. No refund on original freight charge and please allow 4-7 business days for carrier shipping time and credit processing.

The items supplied by Work Centre are new and without defects. They are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect if the product has been used under normal conditions. In these cases, we will replace the product or refund you with the same method of payment of the purchase.
