- Eligibility
This draw is aimed at all residents of the province of Quebec over 18 years of age at the time of the drawwith the exception of employees, operators, their families, representatives, their affiliates and their respective advertising and marketing agencies, the administrators of the draw and any person domiciled with any of them. The province of residence will be determined by the civic address associated with the draw entry ticket.
- Acceptance of official draw rules
By entering the draw, you fully and unconditionally agree to comply with the official draw rules and the decisions of the Organizer and the contest administrators, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this draw.
- Method of participation
To enter the draw, 1 (one) chance to win for every $150.00 (before taxes) on your purchases at a participating Center du Travail store. The form must be completed in full and attach proof of purchase in the electronic form.
- Odds of winning
The chances of winning vary depending on the number of tickets that will be issued during the prescribed periods.
- Competition validity period
Contest 1 begins on March 12, 2024 and ends on March 31, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
Contest 2 begins on April 16, 2024 and ends on May 5, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
Contest 3 begins on May 7, 2024 and ends on May 26, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
Contest 4 begins on June 11, 2024 and ends on June 30, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
- Participation limit
Participants can participate as many times as they wish. A purchase (invoice) can be used only once.
- Price
Four (4) prizes will be drawn:
- Gift card redeemable in a Center du Travail store.
Value of $500.00 each
The prize is neither transferable nor convertible into cash. The prize must be accepted as awarded and no additions or substitutions will be authorized, except as determined by the Contest Organizer, in its sole discretion. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, confirmed winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees and surcharges, if any, with respect to their prize and/or use thereof.
- Draw
The draws for the four prizes will take place at 2:00 p.m. EDT on April 4, 2024, May 9, 2024, May 30, 2024 and July 4, 2024 respectively at the Organizer's office from among all eligible forms received during the competition. period of the draw and will be arbitrated by the organizers whose decisions will be final and binding. The prize-winning participant will be contacted by telephone at the number recorded on their entry form.
The Organizer or its agents will make every reasonable attempt to contact the selected participant by telephone, failing which the participant will lose all rights to the prize and another participant will be drawn at random.
The winner's name will be published on the Work Centre's Facebook and Instagram pages as well as in stores.
- General
- The Draw Organizer also reserves the right to use the name, city or province of residence, portrait or photograph, voice or comments of the winners, regardless of the method of registration and without remuneration, in as part of any promotion or advertising relating to the competition, whatever the media, worldwide and in perpetuity.
- Any entries in violation of the rules of the official draw rules or received after the end of the draw will be void. All entries and prize claims are subject to verification by Sponsor and will be void if obtained other than in accordance with these Official Rules.
- The Draw Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any person it deems or suspects to have tampered with the registration process or the conduct of the competition or who acts in violation of the official rules of the draw or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- Any attempt by anyone to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws and, in the event of such an attempt, the Organizer reserves the right to seek damages from any person to the fullest extent permitted by law. . Failure of Sweepstakes Organizer to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- The Competition Organizer reserves the right to replace a prize with another prize of equal or greater value; and to modify, cancel or suspend the competition at any time, without notice and for any reason.
- The Contest is subject to all applicable laws.
